"On the coldest night of the year, one of our trucks ran out of fuel at 10pm on a Saturday night. Our guys needed to be in Chicago at 10am Sunday to perform work for a movie crew. Our truck was pulling a large, heavy trailer. Our guys tried to get it started but the cold (-10 f) allowed the fuel to gel. The owner and one of his driver's towed the truck and trailer to your shop and dropped our guys off at a hotel. By 8am you had heated the engine up and had the truck running.
